This 1960s ranch in the heart of Cherry Knolls was completely reimagined by the JGL Homes team into a modern family retreat, blending timeless character with high-end finishes.

Before:
Outdated and worn from years of use, the home needed major upgrades across every surface—kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, exterior, and mechanical systems. The layout lacked flow, and key spaces like the basement and backyard had untapped potential.

After:
We executed a full-scale renovation, transforming the 4-bed, 3-bath, 2,638 sqft property into a showpiece. Highlights include:

• Chef’s kitchen with new appliances, custom wainscoting, and statement waterfall countertops

• Refinished flooring throughout for a seamless, modern feel

• Custom basement bar and home gym that added livable, functional space

• New roof, water heater, and mechanical updates for long-term value

• Fully landscaped yard with mature trees and two inviting patios for outdoor living
